The Ultimate Disco requires access to a venue for the purpose of setting up our equipment. In the event of such access been denied we The Ultimate Disco can not be held responsible for late set up or venue start times.

All outstanding payments must be made in full in cash before any equipment is in placed

In the event of equipment failure we will endeavour to fix the problem. If the problem is beyond our control, I.e. the venue location has inadequate power points , or an electrical failure, then we The Ultimate Disco can not be held responsible, the Venue host is responsible for checking that the venue is suitable.

The DJ’s,  equipment and safety are the responsibility of the venue host.

Any damage to our equipment or to ourselves will result in the venue been stopped, the Police informed and will result in prosecution, all damages will be pursued through the courts for the total cost of repair or replacement and compensation, including the full charge for the venue.

In the event that The Ultimate Disco fail to attend at a venue for reasons beyond and out of their control, we will endeavour to find a replacement Disco at no further charge to your self. In the event that no such replacement is available a full and total refund of any monies paid to The Ultimate Disco will be refunded. Refunds will not exceed the total amount for the evenings entertainment offered by The Ultimate Disco.

If you do not agree or accept the terms and liability of these conditions, then please do not book your venue with The Ultimate Disco.ã â
